In 2001, Kelly co-founded the nonprofit UNISAL, which provided assistance to the Central American community in the Charlotte area. Within her non-profit she offered guidance and expertise with taxes as well as assistance in translating various government forms. In 2012, she created American Multiservices, Inc with her husband, Jose Elias Bautista, to continue assisting the underserved immigrant community. She has 15+ years experience in preparing taxes as well as 5+ years experience with insurance and bookkeeping.
